On 15th January 2025, the Ministry of Communication and Digital (KOMDIGI) issued the Decree KOMDIGI No. 13/2025 that provides regulatory framework for the foreign test lab and test report recognition.
The new decree is replacing the previous Decree No. 109, that expired on 31st of December 2024, and is aimed at supporting the DJID certification process by simplifying and expediting the overall process.
Main points of the New Decree are as follows:
-Framework for foreign test report recognition based on the criteria defined in the decree, as well as other requirements to prove authenticity of the test reports.
-List of recognised test labs provided in supplementing annex of the regulation, including detailed product scope for each lab.
The New Decree is valid from 1st January 2025 until 31st December 2026.
