On 13th April 2025, the Communications and Media Commission (CMC) of Iraq, launched public consultation on “Draft SRD and UWB Regulation”, inviting all interested parties to take active part.
The draft includes allocation of new frequency bands, standards and other improvements for Ultra-Wideband and Short-Range Device applications.
Deadline for submitting the comments is one month after publication, which is 13th May 2025.
